Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist,
Licensed Esthetician, Reiki Master
Zoe Rogers
Zoe is a Level 3 Reiki Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies and more connected to themselves. Her approach considers the whole person, including the mind, body, and spirit.
Her path into healing began with Reiki and intuitive development before expanding into health coaching, Eastern healing practices, massage therapy, and esthetics. No matter what service she provides, Zoe looks beyond the surface to understand and address the root of an issue. She believes true wellness comes from creating space to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance.
Her goal is for every client to leave feeling lighter, grounded, refreshed, and more at ease within themselves.

Licensed Massage Therpist
Ashlie Conboy
Ashlie is a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of Montgomery County Community College’s Massage Therapy program. She focuses on deep tissue and trigger point work, helping clients address stubborn tension, improve mobility, and recover from the physical demands of everyday life.
Her background in athletics and coaching youth in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has given her a strong appreciation for how the body moves and what it needs to stay healthy and capable. She brings that perspective into every session, combining focused bodywork with relaxation to create an experience that feels both therapeutic and restorative.
Whether someone is an athlete looking to support recovery, dealing with overworked muscles, or simply in need of time to decompress, Ashlie’s goal is to help them move more freely, feel more comfortable, and get more out of their body.
